How long does a typical car valet take?
The duration of a valet depends on the service chosen and the condition of your vehicle. A mini valet might take 1-2 hours, while a full valet could take 3-6 hours. We'll provide an estimated time when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured for the work we carry out.
Do I need to set anything up before your arrival?
The short answer is no, but I do need access to an outside tap and a plug socket for my extension lead.
What areas do you cover for mobile valeting?
JC Mobile Valeting York primarily covers York and the surrounding areas. Please contact us with your postcode to confirm if we can reach you. We aim to be as flexible as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including cash and bank transfer.
What if it rains on the day of my scheduled valet?
As a mobile service, we monitor weather forecasts closely. If heavy rain or adverse weather conditions are expected, we will contact you to reschedule your valet to a more suitable day.
